    iServe Nebraska Benefit Application

We are transforming ACCESSNebraska into a new benefit application – the iServe Nebraska Portal – that now makes it easier to apply for DHHS benefits and services.

We are still working on the new iServe Nebraska Portal. As you navigate through the new portal, some pages may look different; don't worry, it's all one site.

Here are things you can do on the new iServe Nebraska Portal:
    • Explore the new homepage look and feel.
    • Create a new account or login with your existing ACCESSNebraska account.
    • Manage your password and set your security questions using the new self-service capabilities.
    • Apply for Medicaid and Economic Assistance benefits using your cell phone, tablet, or computer.

While we are transforming our Portal, you can still complete other tasks through ACCESSNebraska.

If you're already receiving benefits and wish to upload documents, extend your existing benefits, report changes to your situation, or manage your account, you will be directed to ACCESSNebraska where you can:

    • Apply and submit required documents.
    • Update information and report changes in your household.
    • Complete renewals and reviews.
    • View your current benefits.
    • Receive text notifications from ACCESSNebraska about your account. Note: To receive text notifications, go to "My Account" and update your "Correspondence Preferences." You can also call (800) 383-4278 and speak to one of our social service workers.
