Organ and Tissue Donation Nebraska Recipient Story

An organ, eye and tissue donor can save and heal more than 100 lives. Register to be a Donor.

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services administers the Nebraska Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness and Education Fund to promote organ and tissue donation in the state. The Fund is supported by Nebraskans who can voluntarily donate $1.00 at the time they get or renew their driver's license or state ID card. Fees from Donate Life license plates also support the Fund.
