Those initial conversations resulted in a plan to implement managed LTC by partnering with managed care organizations (MCOs) via risk-based contracts. MLTC is taking an opportunity to open a broader dialogue with stakeholders regarding a comprehensive redesign and improvement of LTC services in Nebraska.
