Panel members play an important role in the on-going development of the NMFP project by exchanging useful information and sharing matters of interest which reflect the advice and opinion of the constituencies they represent. Panel members are specifically tasked with key areas to assist in the development of the project: Recommend positive and constructive measures to facilitate transition planning
Promote collaboration among consumers, family members, advocates, and providers
Increase and enhance awareness of the project and its goal of transitioning individuals and rebalancing the long-term care system
The public also plays a vital role in the development and implementation of NMFP. Stakeholders who are consumers, advocates, providers, and other interested parties receive information regarding the program. They are encouraged to exchange information and communicate issues of interest or concern with the NMFP project. If you would like to be added to our stakeholders’ list, please contact us.
NMFP meetings are held every-other-month and are open to the public. Scheduled meetings are publicized via email broadcast to stakeholders and are listed on the official State of Nebraska government website. |
