Reverse Mortgages
The reversed mortgage is a type of home equity conversion mortgage that allows access to the value in the home without giving it up and without monthly payments. This special type of loan can provide funds by lump sums, monthly advances, a lone of credit or any combination of these choices. Reversed mortgage does not have to be repaid until the last surviving borrower no longer lives in the house. The lender only looks to the value in the property to satisfy this debt.
