Here are the descriptions of two keynote presentation scheduled for Monday and Tuesday afternoons of the conference.
Creating Positive Outcomes, with Cathy Ficker Terrill, President and CEO of the Council on Quality and Leadership
Learn about measuring the presence of outcomes, aggregation of data for trend analysis and organizational change, using outcomes measurement to provide information for the design and provision of person-centered services, and share in a discussion about independent research with the personal outcomes data. The newest data allows us to understand which outcomes serve as predictors of quality of life.
Affecting the Moment at the Center, with Frank Pastizzo, President of Warm Up the Workplace, Inc.
Frank presents keynote addresses and powerful team building and leadership coaching to companies, health facilities, schools, factories, governmental organizations, banks, and many different associations nationwide. Seeing all services as human services, Mr. Pastizzo draws upon over thirty years of experience as an Emergency Room Technician, a high school English and Drama and Special Education Teacher, a Health Care Administrator, Marketing Executive, Professional Actor, Comic, and Musician. His energetic programs are sparked with comedy, live music, and poignant stories from the arenas of business, health care, and education to assist our workplaces in reflecting the values of kindness and respect.
