The It’s My Life! conference is a little more than a month away. September 22-24 are the magic dates, and the La Vista Conference Center is the amazing conference venue. The colossal Conference is for individuals with developmental disabilities, their parents or guardians, service providers, community professionals, state staff and others working with them.
Attending this conference will assist attendees in harnessing systems and resources to support people with developmental disabilities in living an enviable life.

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services: Division of Public Health is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Nebraska Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Many breakout sessions have filled up, and excitement is mounting for the three-day conference packed with national speakers, entertainment and artistic expressions by Nebraska’s individuals receiving DD services and opportunities for networking and visiting exhibitors of products for individuals with DD and their service providers.
