Welcome to the Adult Protection Services Policy and Procedure Homepage.

Adult Protective Services (APS) are designed to meet the needs of vulnerable adults, age 18 and older, who are victims of abuse/neglect/exploitation. The first priority of APS is obtaining services that assure safety and meet the essential needs of the vulnerable adult.  Every effort is made to respect and honor the wishes of the individuals, while assuring safety and reducing risk of further harm.
