The Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) provides statewide leadership in the fight against child abuse.  The CAC’s partner with the Department by providing a coordinated and comprehensive approach to services for victims and their families. This includes: forensic interviewing, medical evaluations, advocacy and support, to help youth who have been victims of sexual abuse or sex trafficking.

Safe-T (Salvation Army’s Fight to End Trafficking) is an anti-human trafficking program funded by a grant from the Office of Justice Programs for the U.S. Department of Justice.  SAFE-T supports the development and enhancement of multidisciplinary human trafficking task forces across Nebraska.  The SAFE-T Trafficking Specialists coordinate with service providers and law enforcement to provide services to human trafficking victims and survivors.
