Lincoln - Region 6 Continuum of Care is composed of agencies, organizations and individuals located in the city of Lincoln. The Continuum receives staff support from Lincoln's Urban Development Department.
The Lincoln Continuum of Care meets at CEDARSNorthbridgeCommunity Center (North 1533 N. 27th Street) the fourth Friday of every month from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
