Results for the reviews are posted below after they are completed for each service area.   Performance between each round of review and among service areas is not directly comparable, particularly with regard to the percentages.  It is difficult to compare performances between rounds and service areas due to the differences in the number of assessments, protective actions, safety plans, protective capacity assessments, and conditions of returns that were reviewed.

NOTE:  The Nebraska Safety Intervention System was implemented in the panhandle area of the Western Service Area (WSA) first and then in the eastern part of the WSA. As a result, reviews were conducted and reported separately for the two areas during Rounds 1,2 and 3. Beginning with Round 4, the reviews were conducted on cases randomly selected from the entire Service Area and the report will not separate out the areas in WSA.
