If you ask Kelicia a question, expect an honest answer. She is a very direct and outspoken girl, especially when asked her opinion, but often even when not. She is also described as being sweet, charming and fun to be around. Her current caregiver states that she is good at stepping up to volunteer when help is needed. Her friends and family are a very important part of her life. She is extremely loyal to the special people in her life, and would do almost anything for them.
She enjoys doing outdoor activities and is described as a “nature person”. She also likes to cook and listen to music when she gets the opportunity. Kelicia also has an interest in photography and has a desire to learn more.
Given Kelicia’s history, it is understandable that she struggles with her behaviors and the ability to build new, healthy relationships with other peers and adults. She needs a patient, experienced family who will teach her positive behaviors and then praise her when she displays them. She needs a family that she can trust to see her through the good and bad times and just be there for her when she needs them. Her current caregiver states that she is motivated to do well and just wants to live a normal life
