Payment History

To access your payment information:

To request a history of your payments made from December 21, 2001, to present:
  • Call Customer Service at (877) 631-9973, option 2; or
  • Fax to (402) 471-7327 to get a certified copy.
To receive a certified payment history you will need to provide your:
  • Name;
  • Address;
  • Phone number;
  • Court order information;
  • Names of the parties;
  • Social Security numbers;
  • County of the court order; and
  • Court order number.

To access information regarding payments prior to December 21, 2001, you will need to contact the Clerk of the District Court where your order was established.
