Child Support Enforcement

Child support payments must be made to the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center (NCSPC) These payments can be made by:

• NCSPC Website:
  • Debit and Web
    • Debit Authorization Form
  • Credit and Web
  • Check and Web
    (If you have less than 50 employees) Neb. Rev. Stat. §43-3342.03(4)
    • Payments should be mailed to:
      NCSPC
      P.O. Box 82890
      Lincoln, NE 68501
       

    • Include the Reference Number from the website on your check

• EFT/EDI (Electronic Funds Transfer/Electronic Data Interchange)
  • EFT-EDI File Format 

• Check

  • Include the Remittance Form with your check

  Remittance Form

Employers must provide at least two unique employee identifiers to ensure that credit is given to the proper person. Unique identifiers found on the Income Withholding form includes the following:

• Employee’s Remittance Identifier (starts with AR);
• Employee's name;
• Employee’s SSN;
• Employee’s Case Identifier (starts with CA); or
• Employee’s  Court Identifier (starts with CI).
