The Intergovernmental Central Registry is responsible for receiving, transmitting, and responding to inquiries on all incoming intergovernmental IV-D cases.
 
The documents Nebraska requires for Intergovernmental Cases from other IV-D agencies are:  
 
Registration for Enforcement Only:
  • Transmittal 1;
  • Registration Statement;
  • Certified Arrears Calculation for the life of the order; and
  • All certified court orders for the life of the case.
Unemployment Only:
  • Transmittal 1
    • #11 write in “UIB Only” (Do not mark Registration);
  • Certified Arrears Calculation for the life of the order; and
  • Copy of all court orders for the life of the case.
Registration for Modification:
  • Transmittal 1;
  • Registration statement;
  • Certified Arrears Calculation for the life of the order;
  • All certified court orders for the life of the case;
  • Uniform support petition; and
  • General testimony.
Paternity:
  • Transmittal 1;
  • General testimony;
  • Affidavit in support of establishing paternity;
  • Uniform support petition; and
  • Birth certificate.
Establish Support:
  • Transmittal 1;
  • General testimony;
  • Uniform support petition;
  • Birth certificate/Acknowledgement of Paternity.
Review and Modification of a Nebraska Order:
  • Transmittal 1;
  • Uniform support petition; and
  • General testimony.
Enforcement of a Nebraska Order:
  • Transmittal 1; and
  • Copy of court order.
