     Receiving Payments

There are two ways to receive your child support payment:

  1. Direct Deposit - Payments are automatically deposited into your checking or savings account; or
  2. ReliaCard - (EPC- electronic payment card). Payments are deposited onto a bank card, which is used it like an ATM card.

What are the benefits of direct deposit?
  • You will receive your money faster -- up to 3 days sooner because you don’t have to wait on the mail.
  • You don’t have to go to the bank . Your money will be there waiting for you.
  • It’s safe and secure. You won’t have a check that can be stolen or lost.
  • It’s free. The Nebraska Child Support Payment Center will deposit the money directly into your account at no cost.

What is an ReliaCard: Electronic Payment Card (EPC)?

The Nebraska Child Support Payment Center works with US Bank to provide this Visa logo card. Having your child support deposited on this card will provide a fast, secure way of receiving your child support with the benefits of a Visa debit card. With the ReliaCard there is no need for a personal bank account.
