The Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) is pleased to present adult service definitions for your review.  Public Hearing is scheduled for April 7, 2011.  For more information go to the Secretary of State's Website.  Scroll down to Health and Human Services Title 206.

Service definitions are attached to the Title 206 Regulations on the Secretary of States website.

The current Service Definitions that will be replaced once Title 206 regulations are approved.
