State Committee on Problem Gambling Statement Regarding Administrative Activities
GAP Funding Request Form FY13 - currently contracted GAP problem gambling treatment providers must use this form when requesting additional funds. This form must be submitted and received by GAP no less thatn 14 working days prior to a quarterly meeting of the State Committee on Problem Gambling, which meets in Lincoln, Nebraska. Please see dates below.
This is a 12 member board set up by the legislature to provide recommendations to the Division on problem gambling services. The board meets quarterly at public meetings. Below you will find the board members names, and can read the agendas and minutes from meetings for the last several years.
