Statement Regarding Kilgore Court Case
Lincoln—The litigation involving claims made by Lucille Kilgore has been settled with the State of Nebraska and the Department of Health and Human Services. The State of Nebraska would like to take this opportunity to recognize all the work and sacrifices made by Lucille Kilgore during all of her years of service for the State of Nebraska, the Department of Correctional Services and the Department of Health and Human Services. For close to thirty years, Lucille Kilgore was instrumental in ensuring that services, help, and oversight were given and directed towards juvenile parolees in eastern Nebraska.
