“Families Matter is what we call the reform of child welfare and juvenile services reform in Nebraska. It is focused on doing exactly what members of the Family Advocacy Movement are calling for -- keeping kids in their own homes with services, rather than removing them.
We want to work together with groups like FAM on the goal of having fewer children in the state’s care and more safely in their homes.”
