DHHS Flu Prevention Tip of the Week

Flu prevention tip of the week from Dr. Joann Schaefer, Chief Medical Officer for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
“ Ask your doctor if you should get the H1N1 flu vaccine. The CDC recommends the following groups be among the first to receive H1N1 vaccine: people 6 months-24 years old, pregnant women, people who live with or provide care for infants younger than 6 months, health care and emergency medical services personnel, and people 25-64 years old with underlying medical conditions.”
