DHHS Flu Prevention Tip of the Week

Flu prevention tip of the week from Dr. Joann Schaefer, Chief Medical Officer for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

“Wash your hands. Wash often with soap and water for 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available. Be sure to wash your hands after coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose.”
