Emergency Order Issued to Lincoln Child Care Provider
Lincoln—The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services has issued an emergency order immediately suspending the license of a Lincoln child care provider.
Melanie Fowler, doing business as Kids Incorporated, 5549 South 74 th Street, must cease providing care to any children.
The order was effective December 29th.
Emergency orders are issued when necessary to protect the immediate physical well-being and safety of a child in a child care program.
