DHHS Hearing on Payment for Medicaid Services on July 26
Lincoln – The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services will hold a public hearing July 26 on proposed changes in Medicaid Services payments.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Nebraska Administrative Code Title 471, Chapter 3, to change the payment methodology from the Medicare allowable amount to payment that will not exceed the lesser of the Medicare or Medicaid allowable amount on services provided to clients who are Medicare and Medicaid eligible.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 26, at 1:30 p.m. CDT, at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln, 301 Centennial Mall South, lower level conference room D.
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments or to attend and comment at the hearing. Written comments must be postmarked or received by 5:00 p.m. CDT the day of the hearing, and should be emailed to DHHS.Regulations@nebraska.gov, faxed to 402-742-2382, or sent to DHHS Legal Services, 301 Centennial Mall South, P.O.
