DHHS Hearing on Medicaid Regulations Related to Chiropractic Services on February 13
Lincoln— The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services will hold a public hearing February 13 on proposed changes to regulations related to chiropractic services under the Nebraska Medical Assistance Program.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on proposed changes to Nebraska Administrative Code Title 471 that govern the chiropractic services provided under Nebraska’s Medicaid Program. The revisions consist of clarifying insufficient or inconsistent language, restructuring the regulatory chapters, and performing a compliance review to determine uniformity with the Medicaid state plan, other NAC chapters, federal law, and best practices.
The hearing will be held on Monday, February 13, at 1:00 p.m. CT, at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln, 301 Centennial Mall South, lower level conference room A.
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments or to attend and comment at the hearing.
