Employee Policies

Employees of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) are responsible for acquainting themselves with the policies, rules, regulations and internal processes which apply to them and their work.

Additionally, except as excluded by State Statutes, all DHHS employees are covered either by the Classified System Personnel Rules and Regulations or a Labor Contract (i.e. NAPE/AFSCME Labor Contract or the State Code Agencies Teachers Association Contract (SCATA).
