The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services focuses on HIPAA-compliant training program for its own staff, and is not responsible for the business associates' HIPAA education programs.

Following are sites that may help you to educate yourself and your organization on HIPAA requirements.

HIMSS (Health Information Management System Society)  
U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources,
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS),
Office of Civil Rights (OCR)		 These two agencies oversee the enforcement of HIPAA, therefore they are well worth visiting.
