Social Services Block Grant Plan 2011-2012 The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is required to file a plan with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services which summarizes the Programs and Services offered by the Social Service Block Grant (SSBG).
To renew eligibility, Nebraska must submit an annual updated State Plan by May 31, each year. The plan income guidelines may change annually based on the Social Security Cost of Living Adjustment.
