Social Services Block Grant Plan 2014-2015

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is required to file a plan with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services which summarizes the Programs and Services offered by the Social Service Block Grant (SSBG).

To renew eligibility, Nebraska must submit an annual updated State Plan by May 31, each year. The plan income guidelines may change annually based on the Social Security Cost of Living Adjustment.

The proposed 2017 State Plan (see below) is currently available for public comment from May 1, 2016 through May 30, 2016.  All interested persons are invited to submit emails or written comments by May 30, 2016.
