The State of Nebraska has approved a new tool for use by all state agencies, boards, and commissions to send secure email between the state email system and external partners.  This new tool will be known as Securemail and is built on CISCO Corporation’s IronPort PXE Encryption Technology.
The target date to complete implementation of Securemail for all DHHS staff and migrate DHHS external SIX users to the new system is March 1st, 2009.
