DHHS Revokes Papillion Child Care License
Lincoln—The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, revoked the license of a Papillion child care center in an emergency order issued last week.
World R Us, LLC, 981 Patricia Drive, Papillion, can no longer provide care for any children. The center may request a hearing within 15 days of the receipt of the emergency order and be afforded a hearing within 10 days of the request, unless a continuance is granted.
The parents of children enrolled in this child care program have been notified of this action.
An emergency revocation order is issued whenever the Department finds that an emergency exists requiring immediate action to protect the physical well-being and safety of children in a child care program.
