Geothermal: Energy from the Ground Up
NET Program Showcases Renewable Source of Energy
Lincoln—NET Telecommunications is airing a program this month called Geothermal: Energy from the Ground Up. Sponsored by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and the Nebraska Well Drillers Association, it explains how geothermal technology works and gives homeowners a view into the installation process. Geothermal exchange units have been recognized as the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly heating, cooling and water heating systems available. However, many homeowners aren’t sure if geothermal is the right fit for them. Geothermal: Energy from the Ground Up gives homeowners information they need to help make that decision.
