Child Care License Suspended
Lincoln—The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health,  has suspended the license of a Lincoln child care provider in an emergency order issued last week.
Ashley Ullman, 6034 Madison Avenue, can’t provide care for any children other than her own, pending the conclusion of the Department’s investigation and possible disciplinary action.  Ullman may request a hearing within 15 days of the receipt of the emergency suspension order and afforded a hearing within 10 days of the request, unless a continuance is granted.
An emergency suspension order is issued whenever the Department finds that an emergency exists requiring immediate action to protect the physical well-being and safety of a child in a child care program.
