Child Care License of Omaha Provider Revoked
 
Lincoln—The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services has revoked the child care license of an Omaha provider.
 
Debbie Thomas, 5202 North 53rd Street in Omaha, must immediately cease providing child care.  She cannot provide child care to any children other than her own.
 
The order was effective May 11.
