Child Care Licenses Revoked
Lincoln—The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, has revoked the licenses of the following child care providers:
Tammy Bolles, 916 South 29th Street, Lincoln Cheryl Greer, doing business as Family Loving Childcare, 4262 Corby, Omaha Amy Prusa, doing business as Amy’s Daycare, 314 Maple Street, Clarkson
Individuals whose licenses to provide child care are revoked may not care for any children other than their own and they are not eligible to reapply for a child care license for a period of two years.
