Eastern Nebraska Veterans’ Home Recognizes Outstanding Employees
The Eastern Nebraska Veterans’ Home (ENVH) held its fourth annual Employee Recognition Celebration on March 23, 2012.
Carolyn Stuczynski, Human Resources Personnel Officer, received the Employee of the Year award. Dawnette Bredberg, Director of Nursing, received the Supervisor of the Year award. The Pharmacy Committee, which streamlined services, reduced costs and increased benefits to members, received the Team of the Year award. Team members include Beth Huskey, David Moon and Dr. Thomas Cotton.
2011 Employees of the Month recognized were Lori Buhr, Karen Cooley, Jeanne Miller, Sandra Sundberg, Sonia Carr, Tammy Stiehl, Brenda Batterman, Michele Tegtmeier, Gale Milne and Carolyn Stuczynski. Supervisors of the Quarter recognized were Cindy Book, Audrey Hester, Dawnette Bredberg and Paul Thober. Teams of the Quarter recognized were the Pharmacy Team (Beth Huskey, David Moon and Dr. Thomas Cotton), Retention Team (Carolyn Stuczynski, Michele Tegtmeier, Cindy Book, Jeanie Winter, Taryn Struthers, Dawnette Bredberg, Robin Caniglia, Angie Dofner and Lil Wesemann), and Santa’s Helpers (Loretta McCrimon, Kathy Coe, Sarah Sovereign, Patti Howe, Pat Hopp, Sara Stalzer and Sue Sheely).
“Employees at the Eastern Nebraska Veterans’ Home reach out a helping hand to our members every day and treat them with respect,” said Jeff Smith, ENVH Administrator. “These outstanding individuals exemplify our mission of helping people live better lives.”
Following the employee recognition ceremony, refreshments were served to the staff.
