The Nebraska EMS Data Dictionary provides a list of all required data elements, Nebraska facilities, validation rules and other valuable information that is required to complete patient care reports. The Nebraska Resource Bridge or Hospital Hub allows hospitals to access EMS patient care reports from the eNARSIS system. This connection allows for the sharing of patient care records between EMS and hospitals to ensure patient continuity of care. In addition, the system provides methods for tracking hospital resources such as beds, pharmaceuticals and diversion status within the state in the event a disaster or hospital surge would happen.
